The Sunny Aqua tank has been developed using 25+ years of NRG’s experience in the solar field, seeing the performance of various types of solar geysers in a variety of different water quality supply and finally after a lot of R&D, we have come up with a tank to withstand harsh water conditions

Sunny ‘Aqua’ is a super premium solar geyser developed especially for areas with bad quality water. This geyser comes with thick specially treated steel, MS, to withstand corrosive effects of chlorides in poor quality water and prevent tank leakage. This strong, robust tank enhances performance and life of the solar geyser.

But the best part is, it has long life and is affordable!

Advantages of Sunny Aqua

Extended Life

Its Sturdy and Reliable and should last you more than 10-15 years !

Special Anti-corrosive Tank

To work in areas with bad quality water.

High Grade digitally controlled PUF insulation

You get running hot water not only during the day, but also at night !! Our insulated hot water tank keeps the temperatures above 55 C even after sunset.

Throughout the day and night.

No Electric Shocks

You needn’t worry about kids in the bathroom, as there is no possibility of electric shocks, as is the case with electric heaters.

No Monthly Bills

There is negligible maintenance cost and NO monthly bills as compared to conventional geysers.

Pleasing Appearance

A Powder coated Aluminum body ensures a pleasing and long lasting system, as there is no corrosion and rusting.

Quick Payback

Think Solar Geysers are too expensive? Think again – our payback period is just 3 years.

No Dependence on erratic Electricity

No more worrying if there is a power failure at 8 AM and you need a hot bath. You have the luxury of uninterrupted supply of hot water.

2098 x 995 x 92mm Collector Definition

The Solar collector is the large metal box covered with glass. This is what heats the water using solar energy. It consists of the collector box, insulation material, absorber and glass.
Glass – high transmisivity so as to allow the maximum amount of solar energy to fall on the absorber.
Absorber – is made from an all Copper construction, using high absorptivity selective coated
material for capturing the maximum possible heat from the sun.
Collector box – Single sheet Aluminium body, powder coated in white.

Absorber Definition

The absorber is the heart of the solar geyser and is responsible for heating the water. NRG absorber is completely made of copper, we also use a selective coated copper material with high absorptivity which absorbs more heat energy from the sun than ordinary black painted copper. This is how we get the best performance out of our solar geysers.

Collector Box Definition

The collector box is usually made out of metal and houses the absorber and provides the body for the solar collector. NRG collector box is made of single sheet Aluminium, so that there is no chance of corrosion or rusting. It is also powder coated so as to give it a pleasing appearance and prevent any damage to the collector box.

Tank: 60mm high density PUF Insulation PUF Definition

PUF is a very effective insulation material, much superior to the commonly used glass wool in solar geyser tanks. It prevents heat from going in or out. Infact most of the top class refrigerators like Whirlpool, BPL etc use PUF!

GI Pre coted Outer covering

Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish. The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is sprayed onto a surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the surfaces until heated and are fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven. The result is a uniform, durable, high-quality, and attractive finish. All our products are powder coated and oven baked for the best results.
Powder coating is the fastest-growing finishing technology in North America, representing over 10% of all industrial finishing applications. We believe in providing you with, only the Best!
